FAQs

Who is assisted stretching for?

Stretch Lyfe is for everyone! Whether you are a competitive athlete, weekend warrior or someone who works behind a desk we can increase your functionality and quality of life.

How long is a session?

We offer 50-minute full body stretches, or 25-minute upper or lower body stretches. For a first-time client a 50-minute full body stretch is recommended.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept insurance currently.

How often should I get stretched?

Our frequency recommendation depends on your goals. Once a week is adequate to maintain flexibility, while incorporating deep stretching into your recovery routine. For anyone looking to make gains in their flexibility, improve their posture or recover from a muscular injury we recommend twice per week.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to cancel within the time requested, there is a cancellation charge of half of the service fee you were scheduled for.

Why can't I just stretch myself?

During a session, your Stretch Therapist will guide your body into deeper stretches than you would be able to on your own. Assisted stretching allows someone else to do the work, while your body relaxes, and your muscles can open more easily.
